This position will be scheduled to work between 15 to 40 hours a week depending upon the candidate. We are looking for a person with the flexibility to work shifts scheduled between the hours of 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday and 10 am to 6 pm Saturdays. A potential for overnight shifts is available.

This is an active job! You must be able to:

  •   Lift 30+ pounds.

  •   Walk for at least 20 minutes at a time multiple times a day.

  •   Run short distances in case of emergency.

  •   Be able repeatedly bend over to pick up things.

  •   Be steady on your feet on uneven ground and with lots of running

       dogs around you.

Team members cannot have any sensitivity to dogs' bodily fluids or dander, and are tolerant of noise, dog hair, drool, and poop.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

  •   LOTS of poop pick up.

  •   Daily cleaning (sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc.).

  •   Folding laundry.

  •   Washing dog bowls.

  •   Feeding dogs and prepping food bowls.

  •   Interacting with clients as dogs arrive and depart.

  •   Occasionally rinse off a dog who got into something... unpleasant.

  •   Basic computer skills are a bonus.

Above all else, our priority is safe, happy dogs, so playing and loving on them is a MUST and is high on the list of things to do every day all day!

Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable around large groups of dogs of all sizes. We get jumped on with muddy paws and are frequently kissed with slobbery dog tongues so be prepared for a dirty job that's full of love.
